When it comes to selling your home your selection of a Realtor is the most important choice you need to make.
Do you tend to think that larger firms or "teams" sell more homes than smaller companies? Of course they do.
But wait...there's more to the story!
They may sell more homes, but they have more homes to sell...maybe a lot more. In advertising numerous homes, larger companies will generally combine all of their homes for sale into one large ad, making your ad hard to find, lost in a sea of other home ads. There are cost savings for the large companies in doing this, but at a cost to the home seller in getting his/her home noticed by buyers. Beneficial to the real estate firm but not beneficial for you in selling your home.
When you call, do you want to talk to an assistant or do you want to talk to your agent? Do you have to wait for a call back from your agent? Both Carol and Bob use only their cell phone numbers as their business numbers, so you can always reach them unless they are with other clients or in a meeting.
